AI Girlfriend Unlimited Messages, What Each App Charges

Short answer: plenty of AI girlfriend apps advertise unlimited messages, but the word means three different things. On some free tiers it means no message count but a small model and short memory. On a paid plan like Sakura Diamond, Secrets AI Premium or Candy AI it means no cap at all on text. And on a few apps it means "unlimited" with a meter hidden underneath: Chai Pro still has a rate limit, CrushOn sells credits, and OurDream charges coins for its better models. The cheapest real no-cap year we found is Candy AI at $47.88 billed yearly. Beauties.ai has no message limit on any plan, from $12 a month or $108 a year.

Which AI girlfriend apps have unlimited messages?

Sort them by what actually stops you. A message cap is the obvious wall, but a tiny context window (how much of the conversation the model can see) and a per-reply meter end a long chat just as surely. Here is where the wall sits on each app.

What does unlimited messages really cost for a year?

This is the number that matters if you already know you will talk every day. We priced the cheapest plan on each app that removes the message cap, paid monthly and paid yearly.

Two things jump out. Candy AI's yearly plan is the cheapest way to get uncapped text anywhere in this category, and we say so even though it is a competitor. And the spread between paying monthly and paying yearly is bigger than the spread between most apps: Secrets AI costs more than twice as much month to month as it does on the yearly plan. If you are sure, pay yearly. If you are not, the monthly price is the one to compare.

Is Chai unlimited messages with Pro?

Not quite. Chai's pricing FAQ says Pro "unlocks endless conversations", but the same FAQ describes CHAI MAX as the add on that "removes all rate limits", which means Pro has them. MAX comes in two forms: MAX Monthly at $90 a month, which only doubles your rate limit, and MAX Auto, which removes limits and charges $0.66 for every 1,000 tokens the AI generates.

MAX Auto is where a heavy chatter gets surprised. A reply of about 250 tokens is a normal paragraph. At 30 messages a day that is 7,500 tokens, or about $4.95 a day and roughly $149 a month. At 100 messages a day it is $16.50 a day, about $495 a month, on top of Pro. Those are our assumptions, not Chai's, so your bill moves with how long her replies run. Is Sakura AI unlimited messages?

Only on a paid plan. Sakura's upgrade page lists "No daily message limit" as the first benefit of Diamond, $19 a month or $132 a year, and Infinite at $39 a month includes everything in Diamond. The free tier stops at a daily limit, and Sakura points free users who keep hitting it to its Discord to apply for free messages. Does CrushOn AI have unlimited messages?

No membership tier on its own does. CrushOn plans are credit budgets: 100 message credits a month free, 2,000 on Standard at $5.99, 6,000 on Premium at $14.99, and up to 125,000 on Imperial at $199.99. Unlimited chat on its Pro models is a separate Pro Models Chat Package at $39.99 a month that sits on top of a membership, so the cheapest real unlimited setup is the $49.99 Premium bundle. Which free AI girlfriend app has no message limit?

Janitor AI, SpicyChat, Kindroid and Replika all let you keep texting without a count. The catch is memory. Janitor's free context is around 9,000 tokens and SpicyChat's is 4,096, so in a long relationship the start of the conversation falls out of view and she forgets your name, your job and last week's argument. Kindroid's free unlimited chat runs on Lite, a smaller distilled model. Replika keeps texting free but puts better memory and voice behind its paid tiers. Why do AI girlfriend apps limit messages?

Because every reply costs the company money to generate, and the longer the conversation, the more it costs, since the app re-sends the context the model needs to stay in character. A daily cap is the simplest way to stop free users from running up that bill. Credits, coins and rate limits do the same job for paying users on plans priced below what a heavy user costs to serve. That is why the honest question is not "is it unlimited" but "what stops me, and at what price".

What should I look for in an AI girlfriend app with unlimited messages?

• No meter on text on the plan you will actually buy. Read the upgrade page for the words credits, coins, tokens, Moments or rate limit next to chat.
• Memory that lasts. Unlimited messages with a 4,096 token context is a girlfriend who forgets you every evening.
• A yearly price you can live with and a monthly price that is not a trap. Compare both columns in the table above.
• What happens when you stop paying. Some apps freeze chats or blur what you made; check before the first renewal.
• One charge you recognize. If you already pay for two or three of these apps, convert a PDF card statement into a spreadsheet and total what they really cost you last month before adding another.

Is there an AI girlfriend with unlimited messages and no tokens?

Yes.
