Read the voice line twice. Listening to a voice message costs tokens, so audio is metered, not included. A lot of comparison pages file Candy AI under "has voice" next to platforms where voice is part of the flat price, and those are not the same product.

One more detail from the help center that matters for budgeting: your 100 token replenishment lands on the anniversary of the day you first subscribed, not on the first of the calendar month. If you run out on the 20th, you wait until your personal refresh date.

Can I get a refund from Candy AI?
