Search "s labs inc charge" and you get a Polish IoT company, a UK registry entry, lab-test billers and a card-testing scam from 2025. S LABS INC is the billing descriptor Secrets AI uses for every card payment. Secrets AI chose a neutral name on purpose: its store FAQ says your statement "will simply show a charge from S LABS INC" and that "there is no mention of Secrets anywhere on your bill". The checkout screen shows it with a trailing period, as "S LABS INC.", and some banks print it that way.

Secrets AI is a web platform, not an app store app. Its wiki says installing from the browser at secrets.ai is "the official (and only) way", and that it is not on the Apple App Store or Google Play. So an S LABS INC charge never comes through Apple or Google billing, which also means you cannot cancel it from your phone's subscription settings. It has to be cancelled on secrets.ai.

Which amounts does S LABS INC charge?

Two things to know about the table. The 3 and 6 month plans are billed up front for the whole term and renew for the same term, so a single $89.99 charge covers half a year. And the legacy Lite and Plus plans are being retired: Secrets AI's Legacy Plan Migration page says remaining members move to Premium at their next eligible renewal, with at least 14 days of notice by email and in the app. If your usual $9.99 suddenly became $19.99, that is the migration, not an error.

The legal entity is Secret Labs Inc., which its terms of service describe as a corporation registered in both Canada and the United States, with a US address in Dover, Delaware. A charge from S LABS INC means someone paid for Secrets AI with that card.

The real question is whether that someone was you. If you do not recognize the charge, check three things before you call your bank: whether anyone else in your household uses the card, whether the amount matches the table above, and whether you signed up for a trial on secrets.ai and forgot. Similarly named companies you can rule out include Secretlab (gaming chairs), lab-test companies with "Labs" in the name, and Notion Labs. None of them bill as S LABS INC.

How do I cancel S LABS INC?

Cancel on the website. Secrets AI's cancelling guide gives the path: go to Settings, then Manage Subscription, or open secrets.ai/subscription directly, click Cancel Subscription, give a short reason and confirm. Access continues to the end of the period you already paid for, then the account drops to the free tier. Your chats, characters and generated media are kept, and your Moments balance stays usable until the cycle ends.

Three details catch people out. Crypto subscriptions cannot be resumed with one click like card subscriptions; they must be bought again. Prepaid G2A keys do not renew at all, so there is nothing to cancel. And if you are on a legacy Lite or Plus plan and do not want the move to Premium, cancel before the change date in your notice: Secrets AI says you will then not be charged the Premium price. If you cannot get into the account, the terms say you can email Secrets AI support or contact the payment processor named on your emailed receipt.

Can I get a refund for an S LABS INC charge?

Secrets AI's refund policy, last updated 10 April 2026, says there are no partial refunds for unused days, all Moments purchases are final, and crypto payments are non-refundable in every case. The refund policy asks you to report them in writing to Secrets AI support within 30 days, with your account email, the transaction ID or a statement excerpt, and a short description.
