Why this page exists: search for NextPart AI pricing and you get directory listings and unrelated products called Next. None of them prints NextPart's current prices, because the pricing page shows $0.00 until its price list loads in the browser. Directory pages still describe a Premium and Deluxe membership without numbers, and some still list iPhone and Android apps that we could not find in either store. Deluxe doubles the memory and the credits and adds premium voices. Premium gives unlimited text, unlimited standard voice, 16K memory and 6,000 credits a month. Deluxe gives 32K memory, 12,000 credits a month, premium voices and unlimited avatars and reply suggestions, which cost credits on Premium.
NextPart's price list sells 500 credits for $0.90, 1,500 for $4.90 and 3,000 for $9.90, and the credits tab we read shows the 3,000 pack. At 10 credits a reply without a plan, $9.90 buys about 300 replies. On Premium, credits pay for avatars at 30 each and reply suggestions at 20.
Only if you are sure you will use it for most of a year. Premium yearly at $83.88 equals about four months of monthly Premium, so it pays off after month five. It is charged once up front, and the checkout terms say fees are non-refundable, so a change of mind in month two costs you the rest.
NextPart is a working site with published plans, terms and a privacy policy. Its terms name Envision Investment LLC as the operator and give a Philadelphia street address, while card payments run through a checkout at aipoe.app whose terms name a different company, Reflectionwave Co., Limited. That split is worth knowing before you look for the charge on your statement.
NextPart's terms of service and privacy policy, both last updated 5 February 2024, name Envision Investment LLC as the company behind nextpart.ai, with an address on Locust Street in Philadelphia. The terms choose California law and JAMS arbitration. We found nothing on NextPart's own pages linking it to SpicyChat.
NextPart does not publish its statement descriptor. Its card checkout runs on aipoe.app, operated by Reflectionwave Co., Limited, so the charge may show that name or AIPOE rather than NextPart. Match it by amount instead: $19.99, $39.99, $83.88, $155.88, or a credit pack at $0.90, $4.90 or $9.90.
NextPart's FAQ says you cancel with the Unsubscribe option on your profile page. After that you are not charged on the next monthly renewal date and you keep access until the paid term ends. If you paid with PayPal, also check that the billing agreement is gone in your PayPal account.
Probably not. NextPart's own terms do not mention refunds, and the refund policy on aipoe.app, where card payments are processed, says all fees for usage are non-refundable and warns against chargebacks. Cancel before the renewal date rather than counting on a refund afterwards.
Not one we could find. A search of the US App Store on 9 October 2026 returned no NextPart AI app, and the only app called NextPart there is an unrelated short video app. NextPart's site links to no store listing, so treat directory pages that list iPhone and Android apps as out of date and use the website.
It is an adults only site, and its terms tell anyone under 18 not to sign up. It accepts PayPal, cards through its aipoe.app checkout and crypto through NowPayments, per its FAQ. As with any companion app, your chats sit on the company's servers, so do not share anything you would not want stored.
It depends on why you are leaving. For more explicit roleplay with a big community library, SpicyChat and JuicyChat are the usual picks.
