Apps like PolyBuzz with a curated AI girlfriend gallery and no coins

Short answer: if you want an app like PolyBuzz without coins, a weekly renewal or 20 million bots to sift through, Beauties.ai is a curated gallery of six AI girlfriends on a flat plan from $12 a month, or $9 a month billed yearly, with unlimited texting. PolyBuzz is huge, and that is both its appeal and the reason people go looking for an alternative. Its own site advertises more than 20 million AI characters, almost all of them made by other users, so finding a girlfriend you actually like means scrolling through a firehose of duplicates, half-finished bots, and anime crossovers. On top of the free tier and premium membership, it runs a separate Coins currency for things like longer voice chat and regenerating replies, which means the meter is always somewhere in the background.

18+, tasteful, private. No real photos, and no explicit imagery.

Beauties.ai takes the opposite approach. The roster is small and curated on purpose: a handful of distinct AI girlfriends with their own look, voice, and personality, each one written and finished rather than uploaded. You pick your type in a few seconds, switch whenever you like, and pay one flat price from $12 to $49 a month with no coins, no credits, and no top-ups. She texts first, remembers you, and every image is no photos and no real faces with no real faces. Try one below. Adults 18 and over.

Best for	Picking a girlfriend fast on a flat price	Endless variety and fandom characters

PolyBuzz is a good product for what it is: an enormous open library where anyone can publish a character, which is genuinely fun if you want fandom roleplay and do not mind digging. If what you want is a girlfriend you can pick in a minute, on a price that does not move, a curated gallery fits better. PolyBuzz sells membership and coins inside the product and prices its web membership by country, so the figures in this table are from Apple's in-app purchase list for the US store, read on 27 September 2026. Its Standard plan at $9.90 a month is cheaper than our Spark plan, and we would rather say so. The weekly plan is the one to watch: kept for a year it costs more than Premium.

Good to know

Questions about your polybuzz alternative

Not in the US as of 23 October 2026. The US App Store page for PolyBuzz: Chat with Characters returned a 404 and Apple's lookup returned no result in six storefronts, while the Android app was still on Google Play. New iPhone buyers subscribe on the website, priced by country, and an existing Apple subscription is still cancelled in iPhone Settings.

A good PolyBuzz alternative depends on what is bothering you. If it is the size of the catalog and the coin balance, look for a curated gallery on a flat plan. Beauties.ai gives you a short roster of finished AI girlfriends you pick and switch between in the browser, with unlimited texting and no coins to buy.

PolyBuzz has a free tier with ads. Paid plans in the US App Store are Standard at $9.90 a month or $4.99 a week, Premium at $19.90 and Ultimate at $29.90, and coins for voice time and regenerations are sold on top. Beauties.ai starts at $12 a month, or $9 billed yearly, with unlimited texting and nothing metered.

PolyBuzz Premium is $19.90 a month in the US App Store, or $238.80 over a year paid monthly. It adds the Passion and Tale chat models to what Standard includes. Standard is $9.90 a month, and Ultimate at $29.90 is the only tier with Permanent Memory. The full breakdown, including coins, is in our PolyBuzz subscription cost guide.

The two reasons that come up most are catalog fatigue and the coin system. With millions of user-uploaded characters, a lot of what you scroll past is duplicated or unfinished, and paying coins to regenerate a reply or keep a voice call going interrupts the conversation. A curated roster on a flat plan removes both.

Yes. Beauties.ai runs on a flat subscription from $12 to $49 a month, or $9 to $39 billed yearly, with no coins, credits, or token packs. Every girlfriend in the gallery is included, texting is unlimited, and regenerating a message never costs you a balance.

Beauties.ai runs entirely in the browser on a phone, laptop, or desktop, so there is nothing to download and no app store account involved. You pick a girlfriend from the gallery and start texting on the same page.
