Changing plans forfeits your old price

SpicyChat locks the old rate only for a subscription that stays active and unchanged. Any upgrade, downgrade or switch between monthly and annual moves you to current pricing, and so does a payment failure that lets the plan expire. Try a different tier for a month and the old price does not come back.

Where SpicyChat genuinely wins, because an honest comparison has to say it. It is cheaper month to month on every tier than the plan we would put against it. Its character library is enormous and community-built, which Beauties.ai does not try to match. It publishes more technical detail than almost anyone in this category, down to token limits per tier and which model needs which plan, and it gave existing subscribers a price lock rather than raising everyone overnight. It depends which part of SpicyChat you are replacing. If you want a huge community library and uncensored roleplay, look at other bot platforms, because Beauties.ai does not do either. Yes. On 8 September 2026 every tier went up: Get A Taste by 95 cents, True Supporter by $5 and I'm All In by $5 a month, with both upper annual plans rising by $50. SpicyChat says no features were removed or added, so the same plan now simply costs more. Subscribers who were already paying keep their old price if nothing changes.

Not while your subscription stays active and unchanged. SpicyChat locks your existing price, including discounted prices, for as long as the plan keeps renewing. It will not promise that forever, and it says any future change would be announced well in advance. The practical risk is not a surprise increase. It is you changing the plan yourself.

You move to current pricing and cannot go back. SpicyChat lists upgrading, downgrading, switching from monthly to annual and switching from annual to monthly as plan changes that all end your locked price. Even downgrading to a cheaper tier puts you on the new price for that tier. If you are on an old rate, treat any change as permanent.

There is a free tier, and it is real. It includes the default model, a 4,096-token memory and replies of up to 180 tokens, with ads. The catch is how little separates it from the cheapest paid plan: Get A Taste at $5.95 removes ads and adds a memory manager and more personas, but its context window is the same 4,096 tokens as free.

At $19.95 it is the first tier that genuinely remembers more, doubling context to 8,192 tokens, which on SpicyChat's own example is about 47 recent messages instead of 20. It also lengthens replies to 300 tokens. At the new price, I'm All In gives you twice that memory for $10 more, so per token of memory the top tier is now the better buy.

No. SpicyChat's own notice says Apple removed its iOS app in August 2025 for not complying with App Store guidelines, and that the old app stopped working on 25 September 2025. SpicyChat recommends adding the website to your home screen instead. Apps currently listed under similar names are from other publishers, so check the seller before you pay one.

No. SpicyChat let you plug in an OpenAI key and route chats through it, but its documentation marks that feature as sunset on 17 November 2025. Better replies now come only from a higher subscription tier and the models it unlocks, so there is no longer a pay-per-token route around the plan prices.

To comply with age laws, SpicyChat requires verification before showing NSFW content in France, the UK, Italy, Australia and 26 US states, among them Texas, Florida, Georgia, Virginia and North Carolina. It uses a third-party video selfie with an ID fallback, and says it never sees or stores the images. If you skip it you keep the platform but lose NSFW content.
