TECHIEPIE LTD Charge on Your Card: CrushOn AI Billing

Short answer: a TECHIEPIE LTD charge on your credit or debit card is CrushOn AI (crushon.ai), an adults only AI character chat site. CrushOn's own terms of service say it in one line: "The Service is provided by TECHIEPIE LTD, a company registered in Cyprus", with a principal place of business at Strovolou 77, Strovolos Center, Office 301, Nicosia. The Nicosia address also explains the most common search, "techiepie ltd nicosia cy": card statements often print a merchant's city and country after its name. We read CrushOn's terms (last modified 22 September 2026), its FAQ and its pricing page on 26 September 2026.

The search results for the name do not help much. You get Cyprus company registries, which confirm TECHIEPIE LTD exists (registration HE 472689, registered 19 March 2025, same Strovolos address) but say nothing about what it sells, and a couple of charge lookup directories. Below: every amount TECHIEPIE LTD can bill, how to cancel it depending on where you paid, what CrushOn's own refund rules allow, and what to do if the charge keeps coming back.

What is TECHIEPIE LTD on my credit card?

It is the company that runs CrushOn AI and bills its web subscriptions. Every page on crushon.ai carries "© 2025 TECHIEPIE LTD" in the footer, next to two addresses: the Nicosia office and 8 The Green, Suite A, Dover, Delaware. The Delaware address is a registered agent location used by many foreign companies selling to US customers, so seeing either address on a receipt points to the same business.

CrushOn is the brand, TECHIEPIE LTD is the merchant. Nothing on the statement mentions AI, characters or chat, which is deliberate in this category and also the reason people assume the worst. If you or someone in your household has a CrushOn account, this is almost certainly it.

Which amounts does TECHIEPIE LTD charge?

Match the figure on your statement against this table. Every price was read on crushon.ai/pricing on 26 September 2026, in both the Monthly and the Annually view. Your bank may add a foreign transaction fee on top, since the merchant is registered in Cyprus, so a total up to about 3% above these figures can still be the same charge.

If you are going back through several months of PDF statements to find every TECHIEPIE line, it is quicker to convert the PDF statements to CSV and filter by the merchant name than to read each page by eye. Add up what you find before you decide anything, because the total is usually the real reason people cancel.

Why does it say TECHIEPIE LTD and not CrushOn?

Because card networks print the merchant's registered or chosen descriptor, and CrushOn bills under its operating company. The same thing happens across this industry: Candy.ai bills as EverAI, Secrets AI bills as S LABS INC, and OurDream AI's policies name a Dream Studio LLC charge as its own. A neutral name keeps the statement private, and it also makes an unfamiliar charge far harder to identify, which is the trade you are dealing with now.

There is one more wrinkle. Not every CrushOn payment goes through TECHIEPIE directly. CrushOn's FAQ lists SubscribeStar and Paymentwall as other ways to pay, and describes a "joint membership" bought at a site called openrouter.dev (a different address from openrouter.ai, the model router) and then linked back to your CrushOn account. Those payments carry the processor's name on your statement rather than TECHIEPIE, and they have to be cancelled where you paid.

How do I cancel a TECHIEPIE LTD subscription?

On the website: open your CrushOn profile and go to My Subscription, then Manage, then Cancel Subscription. Those are the steps written into CrushOn's own recurring billing section of the terms. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further charges should follow.

Where you paid decides where you cancel:

• Card on crushon.ai (shows as TECHIEPIE LTD): Profile, My Subscription, Manage, Cancel Subscription.
• Apple App Store: iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions, then cancel. CrushOn's FAQ gives these steps.
• Google Play: Play Store, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, then cancel.
• SubscribeStar, Paymentwall or openrouter.dev: use Manage Subscription to go back to that site and cancel there. CrushOn cannot stop a subscription another processor is billing.

Timing matters more than it looks. The terms say subscriptions renew "on the same calendar day each month" and that a cancellation has to be submitted before the next billing date, or you pay for the next cycle and do not get it back. If your renewal is tomorrow, cancel today.

Do not try to delete the account first. CrushOn's FAQ says an account with an active subscription cannot be deleted at all, and a deleted account can only be recovered by logging back in within 3 days. Cancel, confirm the renewal is off, and only then decide about the account.

Can I get a refund from TECHIEPIE LTD?

For the period you are in, almost never. CrushOn's FAQ is blunt: "The current subscription period is non-refundable", and cancelling only stops the next cycle. The terms add that there are "no partial refunds or credits for unused time, mid-cycle cancellations, or downgrades", and that message credits, Diamonds and other virtual items are final once bought.

Two exceptions are written in. First, the terms keep any refund you are entitled to by law or under your payment provider's or app store's rules, and they say plainly that nothing stops you raising a genuine dispute. Second, if paid creator content you unlocked with Diamonds is not supplied or differs materially from its description, CrushOn says it will restore access or refund or re-credit that transaction. If you paid through Apple or Google, their own refund process applies instead, and you request it from them rather than from CrushOn.

Should I dispute a TECHIEPIE LTD charge with my bank?

If nobody in the household recognizes it and nobody has a CrushOn account, yes: treat it as unauthorized, call the card issuer and ask for a replacement card. If it is your own subscription that you simply forgot, a dispute is the wrong tool. CrushOn's terms say that where it identifies payment abuse it may decline future transactions on that card and act against the account, and a chargeback on a charge you did agree to is exactly what that clause is aimed at. Cancel first, then contact support through CrushOn's Discord ticket or CrushOn support by email.

Is TECHIEPIE LTD a scam?

No. It is a registered, active Cyprus company that publishes its address on every CrushOn page and names itself as the service provider in the terms. The complaints that lead people to search the name are about recognition and renewals, not about charges for nothing. What catches people is the pricing structure, which is worth understanding before you resubscribe anywhere.

Why the bill is often bigger than the plan

CrushOn plans are credit budgets, not unlimited chat. Free models are unlimited on every tier, but the better Pro and Ultra models consume message credits, and the only truly unlimited option for Pro models is the Chat Package at $39.99 a month bought on top of a membership. So "Premium" in practice is often $14.99 plus credits, or $49.99 for the bundle.
