The Character.AI page calls the Unlimited plan $11.99 in one paragraph and $15.99 in another. We did not buy a plan, so we cannot tell you which quoted price the checkout shows today. Nastia offers far more media features than we do, and its lowest quoted yearly price is well under ours.

Nastia does not publish the exact text your bank shows, so match the amount and date against the receipt email Nastia sends for each membership purchase, which lists the amount, the renewal date and how to cancel.
Usually not. Nastia's terms and its Digital Fulfillment and Refund Policy say all purchases are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund or a technical error prevented delivery. Billing problems go to support@nastia.ai with your account email. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
