Warmtech charge from Warmtech Ltd Cyprus is Lovescape, Cuties AI or My.Club

Short answer: a Warmtech charge on your card comes from Warmtech Ltd, a Cypriot company that runs the AI girlfriend sites Lovescape and Cuties AI and the creator site My.Club. Its own terms of service name it as the operator: registration number HE 418620, registered office in Potamos Germasogeias, Limassol. If the amount is $19.99, $38.97, $95.88, $64.99, $149.97, $359.88 or $399.60, it is almost certainly a Lovescape or Cuties AI plan, because both sites show the same price list.

Why the name looks unfamiliar: Lovescape's help center says payments appear with neutral descriptions on bank statements, and it never prints the exact text. Cardholders report lines such as WARMTECH CYPRUS CY and WARMTECH CYP, and some statements show a UPG prefix in front, which matches Upgate, the payment platform Lovescape uses for cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The wording depends on your bank, so match the amount and the date, not the letters.

Two rules from the Warmtech terms (last modified 10 January 2025, identical on lovescape.com and cuties.ai) decide what happens next. First, a plan renews automatically until you cancel it in your account, and the month you are in is treated as already provided, so cancelling stops the next charge but does not refund the current one. Second, there is no general refund promise: refunds follow the rules of whichever payment company processed the charge, chips are non-refundable once bought, and the Ultra lifetime deal lasts only as long as the service is sold.

If the charge is a surprise because the plan felt bigger than what you actually used, that is the pricing model talking. Beauties.ai is six girlfriends written in house, unlimited texting with no chip meter, $12 a month or $9 a month billed yearly, and the price is on the pricing page before you sign up. Adults 18 and over.

Warmtech charge and a flat priced alternative, the way it should feel

A price you can read before you pay

Our plans are on the pricing page: $12 a month, or $9 a month billed yearly. No first-month discount that renews higher, no lifetime offer with a countdown, nothing to decode on a statement later.

No chips on top of the plan

Lovescape and Cuties AI run images and video on chips, a second currency that only subscribers can buy and that is never refunded. Texting here is unlimited on the plan and there is no second balance to top up.

Six written girlfriends, tasteful by design

Operator, registration number and refund rules from the terms of service on lovescape.com, cuties.ai and my.club. Statement wording is not published by the vendor; the WARMTECH CYPRUS CY and UPG examples come from cardholder reports and are labeled that way. Taxes or bank currency conversion can change the final amount by a few cents.

Good to know

Questions about your warmtech charge

Warmtech on a bank statement is Warmtech Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus under number HE 418620 with its office in Limassol. Its terms name it as the operator of Lovescape and Cuties AI, two adults only AI girlfriend sites, and of My.Club, a paid creator club site. Match the amount to those three.
Warmtech Cyprus is how many banks shorten Warmtech Ltd, the Limassol company behind Lovescape, Cuties AI and My.Club. Cardholders report the line as WARMTECH CYPRUS CY or WARMTECH CYP. It is not a heating company, even though several unrelated heating firms in the UK and Australia use similar names.
Log in to the site you paid, click your profile icon at the top right and open the Subscription section, then cancel. That is the path Lovescape's help center gives, and Cuties AI runs on the same platform. The plan stays active until the paid term ends. Deleting your account is not described anywhere as cancelling, so cancel first.
Usually not. The terms say the current month is treated as already provided and cannot be cancelled, and refunds otherwise follow the rules of the payment company that processed the charge. Chips are non-refundable once bought. If the charge is genuinely not yours, contact your card issuer, which is a separate question from a refund.
No. Warmtech Ltd is an active Cypriot company that publishes terms, a privacy policy and a help center, and it has filed trademarks for its brands. A charge you do not recognize usually means someone in the household subscribed, or a plan renewed. Check Lovescape, Cuties AI and My.Club logins before you report it.
Because the plan renews automatically at the end of each term until you cancel it inside your account. A yearly Premium plan renews at $95.88 and yearly Creative PRO at $359.88. Uninstalling a home screen shortcut or ignoring the site does nothing, since Lovescape is a website, not an App Store app.
UPG in front of Warmtech most likely refers to Upgate, the payment platform Lovescape uses for cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Upgate lets the merchant set its own statement text, which is why the wording varies from bank to bank. The charge itself is still a Warmtech brand: Lovescape, Cuties AI or My.Club.
Yes. The cuties.ai terms name Warmtech Ltd as the operator, the site loads Lovescape's platform, and on 8 October 2026 its price list was identical to Lovescape's, from Premium at $19.99 a month to Ultra lifetime at $399.60. Support for Cuties AI runs through help@withscape.com.
Lifetime on Lovescape means as long as the service is commercially available, not for your lifetime. The terms say that if the service is discontinued, no refunds are given except where the law requires. At $399.60 it beats yearly Creative PRO after about 14 months, but only if the service lasts that long.
You can dispute a charge you did not authorize with your bank. The Warmtech terms ask you not to report as unauthorized a charge you have no good faith reason to believe is unauthorized, and a disputed account can lose access. If you simply forgot to cancel, cancelling and contacting support is the cleaner route.
Use the support address of the brand you paid: help@lovescape.com for Lovescape, help@withscape.com for Cuties AI and help@my.club for My.Club. Include the date, the amount and the last four digits of the card so they can find the payment. The registered office in Limassol is not a support desk.
For texting one companion, yes. Beauties.ai is $12 a month or $9 a month billed yearly, with unlimited texting and no chips, against Lovescape Premium at $19.99 a month. For generated images and video Lovescape does more, and we do not do that at all, so pick by what you actually use.
Nothing in Lovescape's terms, privacy policy or help center says deleting the account cancels the subscription. The privacy policy covers account deletion only as a data question. Cancel in Subscription first, confirm the renewal date is gone, and delete the account afterwards if you still want to.
No. Lovescape and Cuties AI are web only, so a Warmtech charge never shows up under Apple or Google subscriptions on your phone, and you cannot cancel it there. It has to be cancelled on the website, under your profile and Subscription.
