Only within 24 hours of the payment, if the account has used 20 tokens or fewer, and only for card payments, so crypto, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer purchases are excluded. Cancelling does not request a refund. You email support@candymail.ai separately inside that window, per the help center.

Only as a short demo. Candy's help center says free users can send up to 5 messages across all characters, create one custom character and generate one image. Unlimited chat and the monthly tokens start with a paid plan, which is why the first month discount sits on the plans page.

Candy's plans page says the charge is shown as EverAI on your bank statement. EverAI Limited, registered in Malta, operates Candy.ai. You can cancel at any time in My Profile, then Settings, then Unsubscribe; your access continues until the paid period ends.
